-Kundalini Yoga-

Kundalini yoga is called the yoga of awareness and is a very powerful practice to have on this life journey. It is a dynamic, profound tool that is designed to give you an experience of your Soul. Kundalini Yoga combines breath, mudra, eye focus, mantra, body locks and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. It brings balance and harmony to the body-mind-Soul. In Kundalini yoga the most important thing is your experience. It goes right to your heart where deep and profound healing occurs. You will feel elevated, expanded, renewed, open, empowered, ecstatic and deeply connected to your Soul’s essence.

The body-mind vehicle is specifically designed for this process of awakening, activating our consciousness as a collective. That means that EVERY part in our body plays a role in this activation process: From our internal organs to our fingers and our toes and all the way to every single hair on our body, each part is like an antenna, picking up and transmitting energy signals. Everything is design for the purpose of you becoming the full YOU- for the dormant, sleepy consciousness (Kundalini) to awaken and infuse the organism with happiness, Love, prosperity and infinite blessings.

If this process isn’t being activated in our life-time while we still have this precious body-mind vehicle, it is very likely for lower frequencies such as mental, physical and emotional states to set in- depression, chronic anxiety, chronic anger, etc. It is the job and responsibility of every human being to activate this spiritual process. We need to use our body, our mind and all of our natural human faculties to unlock and activate our true potential as human beings.
